Material Warranty
This option covers only a failure of materials. This provides protection against manufacturing defects that affect water tightness for up to 10 years from the date of original installation.
20-Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty
If SC Accurate Roofs installs TPO products, you get a certified warranty certificate good for 20 years.
The warranty is “No Dollar Limit” on covered repairs. If the materials or installation results in damage to your property, your property is covered by our warranty. For example, if a roof leak causes damage to your expensive computer data-center, we cover replacement costs.
Training
Our installation personnel are training from Mule-Hide’s RISE (Roofing Installation and Systems Education) Program. Their initial and follow up training assure that our installers never stagnate on knowledge or get stuck in bad habits. Our installers get hand-on experience with instructors that teach and correct until everything is done to manufacturer specification.
Training also includes academic classroom training. The purpose of classroom training is to explain the deeper concepts like “how it really works”. This level of knowledge lets our personnel see and mitigate problems before they happen.
Intense training is one of the reasons we offer such exceptional warranty periods. Training lowers the risk for installers and clients. It’s a win-win for both.
